Ferssen began his career in 2007 as a flooring installer and worked his way up through the industry, ultimately becoming a senior project manager. His 18 years of hands‑on and managerial experience give him a comprehensive understanding of the installation process. He communicates effectively with customers, vendors, and installers, and his organizational skills and technical knowledge have played a major role in delivering the quality our projects are known for.
