Gary began his career in the early 1990s with a terrazzo, stone, and tile company in Houston, serving as both an Estimator and Project Manager. He later spent six years with a full‑service flooring company, gaining hands‑on experience across all facets of the industry. For sixteen years, Gary owned and operated a large commercial flooring company in Spring, Texas, further strengthening his expertise in the commercial flooring sector. He is also an Ambassador for the National Tile Contractors Association and is committed to upholding the proven standards the NTCA has established over the years.
